Prepare scheme plan level designs of earthworks, road geometry, water supply, sewerage and stormwater drainage systems, as well as alignments for power, telecommunication and gas services, for resource consent applications for residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Marine Parade viewing platform

When Scott was at Napier City Council he managed the design and construction of a stormwater outfall, with a viewing platform on top.

Te Awa stormwater outfall

When Johan was at Napier City Council he designed a unique beach discharge structure for a 10,000 litres per second stormwater pump station.

Waghorne Street Residential Development

INFīR formulated a stormwater drainage solution for a 17-lot residential subdivision.
The capacity of the stormwater system was limited and the design incorporated on-site attenuation and careful management of overland flow paths.
After subdivision consent was granted, a detailed design for earthworks and all civil services was carried out as well as, construction monitoring and certified completion documentation.

Gourmet blueberries

Stormwater drainage system, pump station and storage tanks for a new 11 hectare retractable roof.

Wilson Road

Construction monitoring of new water treatment plant and bore at Wilson Road, Hastings.

Expressway crossing

Specification, contract management and construction monitoring for thrusting a 900mm diameter concrete stormwater main under State Highway 2 in Napier.
